These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 888zk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 888zk online gaming platform accessible at https://888zk.org and any related subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 888zk, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and account suspension or termination. The 888zk Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all Users regardless of their location. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform.
888zk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found to be under 21 years of age. Any funds held in such an Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Age Warning: It is a serious violation to register on the 888zk platform if you are under 21 years of age. Parents and guardians are advised to take reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
The Platform is designed for use by players physically located within the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or requires additional licensing are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access and do so at their own risk. 888zk does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.
Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 888zk Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method ("Multi-Accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 888zk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detecting multi-accounting activity.
At the time of registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their Philippine mobile number and date of birth. Users must ensure that all registration information remains accurate and up-to-date throughout the duration of their account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 888zk requires Users to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include PhilSys (Philippine Identification System ID), UMID, Philippine Passport, or a driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). 888zk reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. You must not share your password with any third party. 888zk will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
You must notify 888zk customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 888zk shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials or has failed to promptly notify 888zk of a known or suspected security breach.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions on the 888zk Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 888zk does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the User and their payment provider.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be designated as inactive. 888zk reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period, provided that such fee shall not reduce the Account balance below zero. Users will be notified via their registered mobile number before any inactivity fees are applied.
888zk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
Users may only deposit funds that are legally owned by them. The use of third-party payment accounts, credit cards obtained through misrepresentation, or funds derived from unlawful activity for deposits on the 888zk Platform is strictly prohibited. 888zk is not responsible for any fees charged by the User's payment provider in connection with deposit transactions.
Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to the User's Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process during business hours. 888zk is not liable for delays caused by the User's payment provider or banking institution.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from the User's payment account but before they are credited to the 888zk Account balance, the User must contact 888zk customer support with the relevant transaction reference number. 888zk will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours on business days.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (c) have a real-money Account balance of at least ₱200. Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during operating hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHT). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed on the following business morning. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to four (4) business hours during operating hours.
For GCash and Maya withdrawals, the registered name on the User's 888zk Account must match the registered name on their GCash or Maya account. Withdrawals to accounts with mismatched names will be held pending verification. 888zk is not responsible for delays arising from name discrepancies between the User's gaming account and their e-wallet registration.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 888zk may request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that meet certain transaction thresholds or that exhibit patterns associated with AML risk indicators. Users must cooperate fully with AML verification requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal Tip: Complete KYC verification immediately after registration — before your first withdrawal request — to avoid any delay when you have winnings to collect. Verification is a one-time process and takes approximately one hour during business hours.
888zk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus credits awarded at 888zk are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount a User must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Participation in certain games, such as live dealer Baccarat or sports betting, may be excluded or limited in their contribution to wagering requirement completion.
All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry are forfeited. Expiry periods are non-extendable except at the sole discretion of 888zk management.
888zk actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts; using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements through collusion; and exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus systems. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus credits forfeited and may have their Account suspended or permanently closed.
888zk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the fair treatment of Users who have already accepted and begun participating in an active offer at the time of amendment.
All games available on the 888zk Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and studios. Slot games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games use physical randomness mechanisms — real cards, real dice, and real roulette wheels monitored by on-site casino compliance teams. 888zk does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 888zk will use commercially reasonable efforts to recreate the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical malfunction on the Platform side, the wager for that round will be refunded to the User's Account balance. Where a malfunction is caused by the User's device, browser, or internet connection, 888zk bears no liability for any resulting loss of game state or wager.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the data recorded on 888zk's servers shall be the definitive reference. Users wishing to dispute a game outcome must contact customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
Each game on the 888zk Platform carries specified minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before wagering commences. 888zk reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with or without advance notice. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by 888zk is governed by the 888zk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
888zk collects and processes personal data including your name, registered mobile number, date of birth, device information, IP address, transaction history, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and improving Platform services. Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by 888zk, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to 888zk via live chat or at the contact details provided in Section 17.
Users may close their 888zk Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to Account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any Account balance must be withdrawn. 888zk will process Account closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving all required confirmations.
888zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the User has provided false registration or KYC information; (c) the User's account shows indicators of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) regulatory requirements demand account closure; or (e) the continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon Account closure, whether initiated by the User or by 888zk, the User's license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Legitimate Account balances held at the time of User-initiated closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method following successful identity verification. Balances in Accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited, subject to 888zk's investigation findings and applicable regulatory requirements.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 888zk Platform, the User must first contact 888zk customer support to attempt informal resolution. 888zk will respond to dispute notifications within five (5) business days and will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of the initial notification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described in Section 15.1.
If you believe that 888zk has failed to comply with applicable gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR. Information on the PAGCOR complaint process is available through official Philippine government channels.
888zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a User — 888zk will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered mobile number associated with your Account or through a prominent notification on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1.
